Giving the fact that planning is strategic, allocation is varied, and both are time-bound in execution, we do have a fair refund and cancellation policy to abide by for the sake of clarity and to protect the interests of both parties.

Service-Based Refund Policy

With the services being digital, the possibility of a refund does not arise once the project or campaign has started. We understand that maybe some extraordinary issues arise, and we are open to considering refunds in the following situations:

If the client cancels the service within 24 hours of payment, and no work has started.

If we are unable to render the agreed-upon service within the stipulated timeframe due to internal reasons.

Please note that any requests for refunds must be communicated in writing via email to info@b3advertisingagency.in

Non-Refundable Services

Once the following services have been initiated, delivered, or even partly finished, no refunds will be administered:

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Paid Advertising Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Website Design and Development

Social Media Marketing or Content Strategy

Consultation and Strategy Calls

Any custom marketing service

Cancellations
In the case of monthly retainer plans, the next cycle may be cancelled with at least 7 days’ written notice before the renewal date.

Cancellation of projects initiated after the work has commenced does not have any refund obligations; however, consideration may be given upon discussion to canceling, pausing, or rescheduling an agreement to perform the remaining portion of the work.
